Youth Filmmaking Workshop
Our flagship program is our youth film production workshop. Though the experience is designed for youth of all backgrounds, we focus on reaching communities where young people have little to no access to cinema or filmmaking opportunities.

“The value in being a part of Liberating Cinema is the concept of horizontal knowledge exchange. I have quite appreciated working across ages, therefore experiences with other artists.
Being a member of the Creatives Collective has been a great use of my time. Everyone in the group is eager to grow, and that positive energy rubs off on me as well. It has helped me build connections, improve my confidence as an artist, and feel comfortable being vulnerable, which is also key to learning about filmmaking and storytelling. I'm excited about the future and happy to be part of this movement.
